Decree for cessations and appointments at Ministry of Defence’

The Presidency of the Republic has signed decree numbers 46, 47, 48, 49, 50 and 51, ordering dismissals and appointments for various posts at the Ministry for National Defence. Their full content is contained below.

Decree number 46/2017, of 1st August, ordering the cessation of Mr. Juvenal Mbomio Nsue Nzang in the post of Vice-Minister for National Defence.

For the convenience of a better service, and using the faculties granted to me under Article 41, subparagraph H, of Basic State Law, I hereby order the cessation of Mr. Juvenal Mbomio Nsue Nzang in the post of Vice-Minister for National Defence.

I thus order through this Decree, issued in Mongomo on the 1st day of the month of August 2017.

-Decree number 47/2017, of 1st August, ordering the cessation of Mr. Alfredo Abeso Nvono Onguene in the post of General Secretary at the Ministry for National Defence.

For the convenience of a better service, and using the faculties granted to me under Article 41, subparagraph H, of Basic State Law, I hereby order the cessation of Mr. Alfredo Abeso Nvono Onguene in the post of General Secretary at the Ministry for National Defence.

I thus order through this Decree, issued in Mongomo on the 1st day of the month of August 2017.

I thus order through this Decree, issued in Mongomo on the 1st day of the month of August 2017.

-Decree number 49/2017, of 1st August, ordering the cessation of Mr. Cortasio Edu in the post of Chief of Staff Major General of the Armed Forces at the Ministry for National Defence.

For the convenience of a better service, and using the faculties granted to me under Article 41, subparagraph H, of Basic State Law, I hereby order the cessation of Mr. Cortasio Edu in the post of Chief of Staff Major General of the Armed Forces at the Ministry for National Defence.

I thus order through this Decree, issued in Mongomo on the 1st day of the month of August 2017.

-Decree number 50/2017, of 1st August, ordering the cessation of Mr. Vicente Mba Asumu Aveme in the post of Director General of Training, Recruitment and Academies at the Ministry for National defence.

For the convenience of a better service, and using the faculties granted to me under Article 41, subparagraph H, of Basic State Law, I hereby order the cessation of Mr. Vicente Mba Asumu Aveme in the post of Director General of Training, Recruitment and Academies at the Ministry for National Defence.

I thus order through this Decree, issued in Mongomo on the 1st day of the month of August 2017.

As required under these circumstances, and using the faculties granted to me under Article 41, subparagraph H, of Basic State Law, I hereby name some members of the Ministry for National Defence as the following:
