Electoral Census closes throughout the nation

The Electoral Census, which began on 1st August, has closed with the three days for disputes from 20th to 23rd, which provided the opportunity for registration and verification of the correct spelling of names.

After successfully concluding the Electoral Census throughout the nation, in both the insular and continental parts, the census agents and presidents of the neighbourhood communities gave a positive evaluation of the mass turnout to the electoral tables and the absence of incidents.

With this first phase completed, the second part will begin, in which each voter will, in the near future, choose their candidate for the Chamber of Deputies, the Senate and Municipalities.
