Meeting between Government Steering Committee and representatives of United Nations agencies

Members of the Equatorial Guinea Government Steering Committee and leaders from various United Nations agencies, have met in Malabo to evaluate the degree of execution of projects in sectors such as agriculture, health, education, youth and sports, together with the economy.

The meeting, on 13th, overseen by the minister for Foreign Affairs and Cooperation, Agapito Mba Mokuy, and was attended by representatives from Agencies such as the UNDP (United Nations Development Programme), WHO (World Health Organisation), FAO (Food and Agriculture Organisation), among others, follows the one recently held in the province of Djibloho, in the continental part of the country.

These projects, which are on the route map, and signed between the Government and the various United Nations agencies established in Malabo, are reaching their final phases, according to the commissioners.
