The Minister of Justice, Worship, and Penitentiary Institutions, Evangelina Filomena Oyo Ebule, has met representatives of religions congregations at the headquarters of her ministry in Malabo II, to ask them to join the Electoral Roll, and also act as multiplying factors and pass on the message to their faithful.
The minister reminded those present that registering on the Electoral Roll the right of every Equatoguinean citizen.
Furthermore, Oyo Ebule pointed out that for worship a time of duration has been established, regretting that “it seems many are not respecting this timetable”.
She also added that “every day we receive complaints from citizens”, while at the same time she asked them to respect the rules established by the Ministry for Justice, Worship and Penitentiary Institutions.
Finally she once again reminded the representatives of congregations to complete the documentation required under law.
