Overloaded car in Mongomo

A car which was being driven in Mongomo was stopped by the forces of law and order, due to the overloading of passengers. In the car were two teachers and 21 pupils, most of them under fives, in addition to the driver.

They were worshippers from the Pentecostal Christian Church of Equatorial Guinea, where every Saturday they hold bible classes for children in order to instil their doctrine, according to the teachers.

At the moment of the detention, they were leaving the church, which is located in the neighbourhood of Mbeng Nnam in the city of Mongomo.
