Prime Minister holds meeting at Ministry for Fishing

On 28th August, the Prime Minister of the Government, Charged with Administrative Coordination, met all the members of the executive from the Ministry for Fishing and Water Resources, at the Government Palace in Djibloho.

The delegation from the Ministry for Fishing, led by the departmental head, Estanislao Don Malavo, presented a wide-ranging report to the Prime Minister on the scope of pending projects for the reactivation of fishing activities in Equatorial Guinea, such as the construction of a tuna factory in Annobon.

In his instructions, Pascual Obama underlined the need to speed up the pending projects, not only to achieve a regular supply of fish for the population, but also to create employment.
