Lavrov Visit to Africa Seen as Effort to Counter Western Narratives

Russia’s Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov is visiting Egypt, Ethiopia, Uganda and the Republic of Congo this week, trying to counteract Western blame of Russia for a growing global food crisis.
