On 10th June, at around 9:00, the Carlos Lwanga High School in Bata hosted the 2nd Methodological Scientific Event on Educational Experiences in the Continental Region. The opening was overseen by the Regional Delegate for Education and Science, Gaudencio Nkisogo Abeso.
The event was aimed at the contingent of teachers from the Cuban Educational Brigade, who work in collaboration with Equatoguinean teachers and teach French, English and Spanish, in addition to Fang.
Nkisogo Abeso, in his presentation, underlined the fact that, at the end of each school course at high schools in the region, it is important to carry out these teaching activities so that all teachers, both expatriates from the Cuban Educational Brigade and nationals, may share the experiences acquired in their corresponding educational centres through talks, as the main topic of the educational conference is related to educational play as a teaching method.
The doctor in Educational Science from the Cuban Educational Brigade, Niurka Sanchez Valle, began the event with a masterful presentation on educational games, an activity that the teacher should promote, because the educational teaching process must be active and participative.
The Regional Delegate for Education was accompanied by Gil Engo Bikoro, head of the Carlos Lwanga High School, the district technical inspector for Education in Bata, Ricardo Miguel Mesaka Bote, and agents from the Cuban Educational Brigade in Bata.
