Organized by the African Development Bank (AfDB), the financial institution that brings together 54 African countries, including Equatorial Guinea, with the magazine Jeune Afrique, the Second Forum of Chief Executive Officers of Africa (Africa CEO Forum), will take place from March 16 and 17 in Geneva, Switzerland.
The forum, with the participation of approximately 800 African political leaders, international leaders and AfDB President Donald Kaberuka, will focus on the development priorities of African companies, according to a statement from the financial institution.
In addition to discussing in depth the economic prospects of the continent, the experts and participating delegates will also review the indicators of growth of African economies over the next five years; as well as examine the issue of continental competitiveness, a key factor for their business.
The attendees will also address the “Doing Business” annual report of the World Bank indicators that measure the progress of business in 189 countries.
