As reported a few days ago, it is expected that in 2020 in Brussels the ceremony will take place to present the award of best President in the world, and one of the favourites in the running is the President of Equatorial Guinea, H. E. Obiang Nguema Mbasogo. The other three candidates are the Presidents of Uganda, H. E. Yoweri Museveni; of Rwanda, H. E. Paul Kagame, and of Senegal, H. E. Macky Sall.
The Ambassador to Belgium, the Netherlands, Luxembourg and Denmark, Carmelo Nvono-Nca, is fervently defending the candidacy of President Obiang, and to that end he went to The Hague (the Netherlands) to hold a meeting with the director of the magazine ‘The Voice’, pastor Elvis Iruh, as representative of one of the most influential publications among the African diaspora in Europe.
During the meeting, Nvono-Nca was able to present the numerous achievements of President Obiang, on both a national and international scale. Furthermore, the Ambassador explained in detail his pan-African humanist character, and his courage, charisma and supportive nature which is unmatched in Africa.
This was the first trip on the tour of ten countries that the Ambassador is going to visit, with the aim of meeting various pan-Africans.
