Your birthday is the best date to express our admiration and appreciation for the extraordinary and dynamic work you have carried out tenaciously for many years as a Public Servant in favour of a better and better Guinea. For me it has been a pleasure for many years to witness the growth of Your strengths and values. From all Your humility and closeness, and all Your commitment to social justice and equality for all, together with security and national defence. Values which embody the President of the Republic, His Excellency Obiang Nguema Mbasogo, for the greater good of our beloved country, Equatorial Guinea.
I believe, Excellency, that there is no better day than this to recognise that Your style and virtues mean you deserve to achieve the deserved goals and you are placed within the Higher Echelons of the Institutions of our country.
I thus express, in the name of all those indicated above, our enthusiasm for Your successes. Happy birthday Excellency, health and a long life in the company of your egregious family.
