Ambassador to US meets Deputy Secretary of State for African Affairs

The accredited Republic of Equatorial Guinea Ambassador in the United States of America, Miguel Ntutumu Evuna Andeme, has held an important bilateral meeting at the State Department with the Deputy Secretary of State for African Affairs, Donald Yukio Yamamoto, to strengthen relations between the United States and Equatorial Guinea.

The audience allowed the two diplomats to talk about matters regarding cooperation in the United Nations Security Council, in addition to the need to boost bilateral relations, specifically in matters relating to security questions affecting the subregion, and bilateral cooperation of the State Department report on human trafficking.

The meeting ended with a invitation issues by the Ambassador to the Deputy Secretary of State to attend the events celebrating the 50th Anniversary of the Independence of Equatorial Guinea, on 12th October.
