On the morning of Monday 29th May, the Minister for Transport and the Post Office, Celestino Bonifacio Bacale, received the accredited Ambassador from the Kingdom of Morocco to our country, to look at areas of cooperation in the merchant shipping, port and post office transport sectors.
The meeting took place in the minister’s office, in the presence of the executive from his department and the Deputy Minister, Joaquin Elema Borengue.
During the conversations, they covered the contacts established in Rabat, in relation to the design of a management and exploitation project for the ports in Equatorial Guinea, a line of exploration maintained with the Moroccan public company, the National Society for Transport and Logisitics.
Finally, they agreed to explore areas of cooperation and technical assistance for merchant shipping, human resources, and other contexts related to the port sector.
