Brussels begins internationalisation of PDGE in West

Following the successful trip to Brussels by the General Secretary of the Democratic Party of Equatorial Guinea (PDGE), Jeronimo Osa Osa Ecoro last autumn, which culminated with the backing of influential Euro deputies for his initiatives, the Equatorial Guinea Ambassador in Brussels, Carmelo Nvono-Nca, held an important meeting on 28th January at the office of the political party of the Turkish Government in the European capital, the AK Party.

The Ambassador to Brussels is preparing an unprecedented trip, in which a delegation from the Democratic Party of Equatorial Guinea (PDGE), overseen by the General Secretary himself, Jeronimo Osa Osa Ecoro, will travel to Ankara, the Turkish capital, to meet the General Secretary of the Turkish governing party.

Nvono-Nca presented the aims for 2019 for the Embassy in Brussels at the beginning of January, which highlighted, among other challenges, support for the internationalisation of legitimate parties in Equatorial Guinea that request this and meet the necessary conditions and requirements. Along these lines, the PDGE has not only made the request, but also meets all the conditions necessary to adapt to western party strategies and standards.

The Embassy in Brussels will conclude in the next few days the work schedule it is planning for the PDGE delegation on its mission to Ankara.
