Condolences on the death of the Russian ambassador

The Russian flag flew at half mast on the embassy in the Central African Republic, as a mark of respect on the death of the Russian ambassador to Turkey, Andrei Karlov. During the morning of 22nd, the Equatorial Guinea ambassador to that country, Inocencio Esono Olo Nseng, went to the Russian embassy in Bangui, and was received by his counterpart, Sergey Labonov.

The Equatoguinean ambassador went to the diplomatic headquarters in order to express his condolences in the book opened to that effect, at the Russian embassy in Bangui.

The Russian ambassador to Turkey, Andrei Karlov, was assassinated on Monday, in Ankara. The Turkish attacker shot the diplomat while he was opening a photography exhibition, in an neighbourhood in the centre of the city.

With expressions of regret, pain, and handshakes between both diplomats, the act came to an end, minutes after the signing of the book of condolences.
