Members of the Government met once again on 5th October, in a second session of the council, overseen by Francisco Pascual Obama Asue, Prime Minister of the Government, Charged with Administrative Coordination.
At the meeting they covered the third of the fourteen points on the agenda, regarding the Draft project for the General State Budgets for the 2019 Economic Period; a point that was presented by the Minister for Finance, the Economy and Planning, Lucas Abaga Nchama.
After that, those present put on the table the Draft Project for the Law to modify specific articles of Law 2/2014, of 28th July, on State Civil Functions, which was presented by the Ministry for Public Function and Administrative reform.
The Ministry for Agriculture, Livestock, Forests and the Environment, along the same lines, presented to the meeting point 13 on the agenda, in relation to the Stockholm Convention, on Persistent Organic Pollutants, and its annexes.
The sections corresponding to points 5 to 12, and Any Other Business, were postponed, and will be looked at by the Interministerial Council in the near future.
