The members of the Government have continued with their analysis of the draft decree creating the Committee for the Restructuring of Public Bodies, Companies and Autonomous Bodies; in addition to the National Gendarmerie of Equatorial Guinea joining the Organisation of African Gendarmeries (OGA), and the agreements and conventions that our country has signed with the Republic of Djibouti, Portugal, Russia, and with some international bodies.

Furthermore, during the session they analysed the justification of the income corresponding to the months of July, August and September this year, and the reports on an execution level for the 2018 action plans by ministerial departments. This final point took up most of the time for members of the Government on this day.

The debates on this third day were attended by the Vice-President of the Republic, Charged with Defence and State Security, H. E. Teodoro Nguema Obiang Mangue.
