Delegation from Culture travels to SAPound o Tome and Principe

Within the framework of the State visit made by H. E. Evaristo Carvalho, President of the Democratic Republic of SAPound o Tome and Principe in August 2019, the recommendations made by the two dignitaries contained a strengthening of the tourism sector, and in compliance with this recommendation, a Delegation from the Ministry for Culture, Tourism and Craft Promotion, led by the minister Rufino Ndong Esono, accompanied by Josue Esono Edu, Director general for Tourism Regulations and Statistics, and others, travelled to the sister Republic of SAPound o Tome on 30th September.

The Equatoguinean delegation, once in SAPound o Tome, was received in audience by the SAPound o Tome Ministry for Tourism, Culture, Commerce and Industry, Maria Da Graca Lavresla, in the presence of the Equatoguinean Ambassador Paulino Bololo Ekobo, and the accredited SAPound o Tome Ambassador to Equatorial Guinea, A�ngela Costa.

At the audience, the two delegations reviewed the Cooperation Agreement on tourism, signed on 24th may 2014, and exchanged experiences on the matters of tourist and online visas, and the creation of a joint tourist route between the two countries.
