The director generals for Budgets and State Heritage, Planning and Programming, National Content and International Bodies from the Ministry for Foreign Affairs and Cooperation will present on 23rd April the Financing Mechanisms for Development to experts from various organisations that are taking part in the III National Economic Conference which began yesterday in the city of Sipopo.
Also speaking will be the State Treasury Paymaster General, the Director Generals of ANIF and the Autonomous Fund for Debt Payment, and the Adviser to the Presidency of the Government in matters of the financial markets and public debt.
The moderation of the discussions and deliberations will be the responsibility of the Deputy Minister for Finance, the Economy and Planning, accompanied by the Secretary of State Charged with the General State Treasury; the Secretary of State Charged with Budgets and Financial Control; the Secretary of State from the Ministry for Mines and Hydrocarbons, and the Representative from the United Nations System (UNS).
With regards to international experience in Financial Mechanisms for Development, there will be speeches from experts from the UNS, the IMF, the World Bank, the African Development Bank 9AFDB), the Central African States Development Bank (BDEAC) and AFREXIMBANK, with their discussions an deliberations modified by the Vice-Minister for Finance, the Economy and Planning, accompanied by the Vice-Minister for Industry and Energy; the Secretary of State, Charged with the General State treasury; the Secretary of State Charged with Budgets and Financial Control, and the Representative from the UNS.
