The Deputy Minister for Foreign Affairs, Bonifacio Mitogo Edjang, has received accredited diplomats from Morocco and Egypt in his ministerial office.
The accredited Ambassador from the Kingdom of Morocco before the Government of Malabo, Ghoulam Maichane, was the first diplomat to meet the Deputy Minister for Foreign Affairs and Cooperation, Bonifacio Mitogo Edjang, who was accompanied by the Director General for African and the Middle East, Marcela Berta Ela Obono. During the audience, the two diplomats agreed that Malabo and Rabat should continue to deepen their relations of friendship and bilateral cooperation.
The second figure to visit the headquarters of the Foreign Ministry was the accredited Ambassador from the Arab Republic of Egypt to Equatorial Guinea, Hadtten Hassoub. The courtesy meeting served to boost the close, solid fruitful relations between Egypt and Equatorial Guinea. The Egyptian diplomat, before the press, pointed out that the Arab Republic of Egypt and Equatorial Guinea have maintained excellent strong relations of friendship and cooperation for over twenty-five years. The two figures also looked at the matter of grants that the country has offered the Government of Equatorial Guinea.
