Djibloho receives Special Envoy from Pope Francis

The city of Djibloho has received a visit from Cardinal Fernando Filono, Special Envoy from the Holy Father, accompanied by Archbishop Juan Nsue Edjang, among other figures.

The visit by Cardinal Fernando Filoni to Djibloho was joined by a Government delegation, led by the Third Vice Prime Minister, Charged with Human Rights, Alfonso Nsue Mokuy.

During his tour of the city, the special envoy visited the New Technologies School, the university, the Inter-ministerial Palace, the Police Barracks, the Presidential Palace, the Twin Towers, and the plot reserved for the construction of Djibloho Cathedral, the Bridge over the River Wele, and the Grand Hotel.

The cardinal blessed those present and, as is the custom, signed the visitors’ book at the Djibloho Grand Hotel.
