The First Lady, Constancia Mangue de Obiang has donated 40,000 euros to a psychological centre in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.
The Equatorial Guinean presidential couple will make a 48-hour State visit to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Driven by her humanitarian spirit, the First Lady visited a health centre in Jeddah, which was established in 1985. The help centre is a non-profit organisation whose mission is to rehabilitate children with intellectual disabilities, so they can study, live, work and play in a safe environment, and to be integral citizens.
From a very early age, the dyslexic children in Jeddah receive free training in this centre which currently has 350 students and 200 employees.
After having received detailed information on the function of the school, the Honorary President of the CANIGE contributed 40,000 euros, which added to the centre’s donation chart.
