Equatorial Guinea and Morocco study reactivation of port convention

On Friday 16th March, the Minister for Transport, the Postal Service and Telecommunications, Eucario Bacale Angue, received the Ambassador from the Kingdom of Morocco to the Republic of Equatorial Guinea, Ghoulam Maichane, in order to look at bilateral relations and various matters relating to the reactivation of the convention on port activities in Equatorial Guinea.

Among the points covered at the meeting ware the reactivation of the port activities between the two States, and the evaluation of the Moroccan commission, which visited the cities of Malabo and Bata for possible conventions.

According to the Ambassador, in order to bring about these agreements it is necessary to reactivate the activities of the mixed commission, and set the date and place for the continuation of work.

The meeting was attended by the Deputy Minister, Joaquin Elema Borengue, among other authorities from the department.
