Equatorial Guinea in Agenda of New Sierra Leone President

The Republic of Equatorial Guinea had space in the agenda of the elected President of the Republic of Sierra Leone. On 25th July, the recently elected president, S.E. Julius Maama Bio, arrived at Mongomeyen Airport to begin a private visit in the framework of strengthening bonds of friendship and brotherhood between nations and governments.

After being welcomed by S.E. Obiang Nguema Mbasogo, S.E. Maada Bio greeted some members of the Malabo government, the Governor of the Wele Nzas Province, in addition to other civil VIPs and the military force who waited for his arrival.

In the presidential pavilion hall of honour, the two presidents exchanged first impressions during this private visit.

The leader of the Republic of Sierra Leone People’s Party was elected president last March during the general elections held in their African nation on 7th March, in place of Ernest Bai Koroma.
