Following the discovery of oil, the Government of the Republic of Equatorial Guinea organised two economic conferences; at this third conference the Government aims to consolidate social equality and economic diversification, and it signifies a new step forward towards implementing the development plan.
Through this conference, Equatorial Guinea wishes to use the experiences of other countries that already have a modernised system of public investment, such as the Republic of South Korea.
