Gomes, to address the commitment of Equatorial Guinea with this group of countries.
During their stay in Brussels, the Equatorial Guineans senators held important meetings such as the one held with the newly appointed Secretary General of the African, Caribbean and Pacific Group (ACP), Patrick I. Gomes.
This meeting served to show the Equatorial Guinean commitment to the group of countries as well as to recall and support the initiative of the Embassy of Equatorial Guinea in Brussels, concerning a prize to be awarded to H.E. Obiang Nguema Mbasogo, President of the Republic.
This award would be aimed at recognizing the strong commitment and involvement of the Equatorial Guinean president with the ACP, as well as his contributions, both quantitative and qualitative, that the country has made to the entity.
