The heads at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Cooperation met on Monday 24th February, in an Executive Council meeting, to debate matters relating to departmental operations.
The Minister for Foreign Affairs and Cooperation, Agapito Mba Mokuy, led the Executive Council meeting, which was also attended by the Deputy Minister, Salomon Nfa Ndong, the Secretary of State, Domingo Mituy Edjang, presidential advisers, and senior officials from the ministry.
Among the matters dealt with were the distribution of responsibilities, the training of personnel, specifically in the drawing up of official documents for embassies abroad, and the creation of a working group to facilitate the processing of information at the ministry.
During the session they also analysed the report on the creation of a programme of meetings in 2017, and concluded with any other business.
