Five neighbours in Moka entered their residences on 16th November. The First Lady, Constancia Mangue de Obiang, covered the costs of construction.
The Director General for Protocol in the First Lady’s Cabinet, Micaela Nchama Biyogo Obono, went on 16th November to Moka, to hand over the five residences following refurbishment.
This is the first batch of the 18 residences that Constancia Mangue de Obiang decided to refurbish. Salvador Oki Mausafia, Maria Gracia Orichi, Eduardo Muatetema Ridojori, Natalia Vany and Eugenio Echube were the first neighbours from Moka to receive the donation, and expressed their gratitude to the First Lady.
Nchama Biyogo passed on a message to the lucky recipients from the Honorary mayoress of Moka, regarding the need to look after the buildings, which are modern residences provided with electricity and water.
Benjamin Mitogo Bielo, deputy for Moka for the Democratic Party of Equatorial Guinea, expressed gratitude for the work that the First Lady is carrying out for the most disadvantaged in his area.
