First Lady helps two citizens of Malabo with new homes

The First Lady, Constancia Mangue de Obiang, designated homes to two citizens of Malabo, on July 11th.

They were for the teacher, journalist and actor, Norberto Olinga Obama, and Celestina Mangue Ondo Biye, who were fortunate in this designation of homes in the second housing estate in the Buana Esperanza neighbourhood, in Sampaka.

The Director General of the first lady’s Press office, Benjamin Mangue Micha, oversaw the presentation of keys to the fortunate two, in representation of the Emeritus Pan-African of the First Ladies.

The beneficiaries expressed gratitude for the generosity of the First Lady, whose concern to improve the welfare of the citizens is well known. “I cannot do a lot at a time, I will do things little by little”, Mangue de Obiang has said.

This year, the first Lady has contributed to the construction of thirteen homes made from permanent materials: 4 in Baney and 9 in Moka. With these two new homes, the total is now 15.
