On Monday 12th August, the First Lady of the Nation, Constancia Mangue de Obiang, held a meeting in the city of Malabo with the UNDP representative, Elsie Laurence Chounoune, in which she expressed her interest in helping the most vulnerable layers of society in Equatorial Guinea.
Constancia Mangue de Obiang has held her first conversations with the new Resident Representative of the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP), Elsie Laurence Chounoune.
Laurence Chounoune, who was accompanied by her Programmes Officer, Kioto Domingo Bokung, expressed to the First lady her willingness to work shoulder to shoulder for the benefit of the most vulnerable layers of society in Equatorial Guinea.
Mangue de Obiang, for her part, received with satisfaction the willingness of the UNDP, and included the elderly as a group that also deserves special attention.
