On Thursday 4th April the First Lady, Constancia Mangue de Obiang, received the Minister for Agriculture, Livestock, Forests and the Environment, at the People’s Palace in Malabo. This is the second time that Constancia Mangue has spoken to Nicolas Utondji Akapo.
The last meeting between the First Lady and the minister was at the beginning of last year. Now, Nicolas Utondji Akapo has returned to speak about agricultural matters.
The minister received the relevant advice from Mangue de Obiang on the production of oil and the development of livestock production, with the aim of achieving self-sufficiency under the development programmes outlined by the Government.
The audience took place in the presence of Ernesto Valentin Ndong Mba, Adviser to the Presidency of the Republic in the First Lady’s Cabinet.
