On 4th April, Constancia Mangue de Obiang visited the area to see how the work was progressing.
A court of honour made up of the Mayor of Moka, Jose Antonio Fernandez Menendez, and the Government Delegate, Epifanio Ela Nvo Nsa, among other figures, welcomed the Honorary Mayoress of Moka, Constancia Mangue.
It was only two months ago when the First Lady decided to help the town of Moka, through the construction of new housing for the most needy.
On arrival, Mangue de Obiang hugged each and every one of those who in the near future will have a modern home.
The First Lady is now taking action in Moka, as she has also ordered the renovation of the local church. I do not have much, but what I have I share with the most needy”, she said, during her visit to Moka, and called on those who could in our country to follow her example, The Government cannot do everything”.
