The Minister of Mines, Industry and Energy, Gabriel Mbega Obiang Lima, accompanied by the Delegate Minister, Fidel Marcos Mañe, met on the morning of Wednesday, February 18, with the first Directing Council meeting of this year, held on the mainland.
The meeting, held in the headquarters of the Department of Mines in Nkoantoma, with the attendance of departmental heads, addressed a total of five items on the agenda.
In the first item, they read and approved the minutes of the previous meeting, and then discussed the new action plan for the financial year 2015, a point in which Minister Mbega Obiang Lima sought the cooperation of all the attendees.
Another item of the meeting, presented by the Director General of Industry, addressed the law of the industry sector; while the fifth and final agenda item referred to the draft of the National Quarries Company for exploitation in the service of the population.
The Council meeting ended with the customary miscellaneous issues section.
