Handover of office for new post-holders in Transport, the Postal Service and Telecommunications

Francisco Javier Bela has taken up his position as new General Secretary for Transport, the Postal Service, and Telecommunications, and Ramon Nonato Obama A�engono, the outgoing General Secretary for Transport, has taken over as Adviser to the Presidency of the Government in this ministerial department. For his part, the outgoing General Secretary for Telecommunications, Ramon Nca Ela, bid farewell to the executive at the department.

The ceremony took place in the meeting room at the Ministry for Transport, the Postal Service, and Telecommunications, ans was overseen by the Deputy Minister, Joaquin Elema Borengue, assisted by the Government team, director generals and the body of departmental staff.

After signing the acts between the outgoing and incoming general secretaries, each of them expressed their gratitude towards the Head of State, H. E. Obiang Nguema Mbasogo, for the trust placed in them. They also declared their willingness to work in the department with efficiency, rigour and discipline.

Furthermore, the new Adviser to the Presidency of the Government, the former General Secretary for Transport, also expressed his willingness to work in a team.

Finally, the Deputy Minister for Transport wished the new appointees luck and success.
