On Thursday 9th August, the President of the Republic, H. E. Obiang Nguema Mbasogo, granted an audience to the Prime Minister of the Democratic Republic of SAPound o Tome and Principe, Patrice Emeri Trovoada. The audience took place at the People’s Palace in Malabo.
During the meeting, which went on for over two hours, Emeri Trovoada and H. E. Obiang Nguema Mbasogo reviewed the current state of bilateral relations, the current political situation on the African continent, and matters of concern to the Community of Portuguese Language Countries (CPLP), of which both countries are full members.
The Minister for Foreign Affairs, Simeon Esono Oyono Angue, and the accredited Ambassador from SAPound o Tome and Principe to our country, A�ngela Da Costa Pinheiro, were present at the meeting.
