Head of State oversees meeting at PDGE National Office on 50th Anniversary of Independence

At the PDGE National Office in Malabo a meeting was held between the President Founder of the party, H. E. Obiang Nguema Mbasogo, and presidents of the Monitoring Commissions and Districts from the entire nations, to pass on advice on the celebration of the 50th Anniversary of National Independence.

Members of the Executive Council, National Council, District Commissions, Monitoring Commissions and District Councils, Specialist Women’s , Youth and Workers’ Organisations, and other associates, were present at the event, in which Jesusa Obono Engono gave the introductory address.

The habitual mobilisation of militants and sympathisers from the Democratic Party of Equatorial Guinea throughout the nation was the object of the meeting. The President Founder invited involvement from each and every one of those present, to ensure the successful celebration of the anniversary.

Agustin Nze Nfumu, as Vice-President and Spokesperson for the Party National Executive, made some points and, with respect to keeping the peace, described it as essential for the development of any country.
