After attending the Extraordinary Summit of CEMAC Heads of State and Governments in Djamena, the President of the Republic, H. E. Obiang Nguema Mbasogo, continued with his schedule on 1st November with an audience granted to the AU Commissioner for Economic Affairs, Victor Harrison, at the People’s Palace in Malabo.
The dialogue between H. E. Obiang Nguema Mbasogo and Harrison focussed on the economic development of the integration of the subregion at an Economic and Monetary Community of Central Africa (CEMAC) level.
I thanked the President of the Republic for organising the Malabo African Economists Congress. The Equatoguinean population have been lucky to have a Head of State who uses economic resources for the development of his nation”, declared the commissioner, before the press.
The audience was attended by the Minister for the Economy, Eucario Bakale Angue.
