On the morning of June 1st, a group of health professionals from the Austrian company Vamed, visited the Presidential Palace in Malabo, where they were received by the President of the Republic, H. E. Obiang Nguema Mbasogo.
The business team showed interest in working with Equatorial Guinea and contributing towards improving the health system. To do that, they propose to invest in the optimisation of hospital management, and set up new health centres throughout the nation.
Vamed is a hospital management company which operates throughout the world. Thomas Hinterleitnr, director of the company in Africa, led this important delegation, which addressed the possibilities of working with the Head of State.
The audience was also attended by the Deputy Minister for Foreign Security, Juan Antonio Bibang Nchuchuma, and the Secretary of State, Charged with Hospital Coordination and Care, Daniel A�ngel Sima Mico.
