In addition to the five new ambassadors with accreditation in our country, Elsie Laurence Chounoune , Resident Representative of the United Nations Development Programme, UNDP, presented herself on 11th July before H. E. Obiang Nguema Mbasogo, together with ambassadors from Angola and the Federal Republic of Germany.
The UNDP Resident Representative spoke to the Head of State about her mission in our country, among other matters.
Furthermore, the ambassadors from the Republic of Angola, Gilberto Buta Lutucuta, and the Federal Republic of Germany, Elmar Jakobs, said farewell to the Head of State, after satisfactorily completing their diplomatic missions in our country.
Elmar Jakobs stated that, during his three years as representative of his country before the Malabo Government, relations between the two nations had been strengthened further in socio-political , economic and cultural sectors.
During the meetings the Head of State was accompanied by the head of Equatoguinean Diplomacy, Simeon Oyono Esono.
