Both partners, aware of the need for the port sector to represent an economic area of vital importance to the economy of our country, and in view of the large investments made by the Government in port infrastructures, have discussed the need to a project for the management and operation of our ports is underway, with the objective of maximizing its profitability in order to strengthen its competitive capacity.
This is one of the programs of the Ministry of Transport and Post, as the body in charge of the Merchant Marine, Ports and Maritime Signals.
The meeting was also attended by Secretary General Ramon Nonato Obama Ngono.
