sponsors two Equatoguinean golfers in Abuja WAGT competition

The B and E Golf Tournament began on 29th June, at the IBB International Golf Course in Abuja, Nigeria. It is the sport’s fourth most important tournament in Africa, south of the Sahara.

Forty players are taking part, among them two Equatoguineans who received a visit from the Equatorial Guinea Ambassador to Nigeria, Job Obiang Esono Mbengono, to encourage them and wish them luck.

Over four days, the golfers are going to try to obtain victory, valued at 50,000 dollars, plus a cheque for 8,000 dollars.

There are participants from seven countries: Zimbabwe, Gabon, Nigeria, Ghana, Cameroon, Spain and Equatorial Guinea.

The tournament, which concludes on Sunday 2nd July, with the presentation of prizes at the Abuja Golf Club, is sponsored by iCUBEFARM, from Equatorial Guinea, and Imanue Easykean LTD.
