The President of the Republic, H. E. On Monday 4th November, Faustin Archange Touadera oversaw the opening ceremony for the administrative headquarters complex for SODIAC and ANAC C, close to the Bangui Mpoko International Airport.
The ceremony was attended by various guests, including the accredited Republic of Equatorial Guinea Ambassador in Bangui, Central African Republic, Narciso Edu Nsue.
At the opening ceremony for the administrative complex, headquarters of the Society for the Development of Central African Airport Infrastructures, SODIAC, and the National Civil Aviation Authority (ANAC C), close to Bangui Mpoko International Airport, in addition to words of welcome from the Mayor President of the city of Bangui, Emilio Gros Nakombo, there was also a speech by the Minister for Transport and Civil Aviation, Arnaud Djoubaye Abazen.
The opening of this building is a clear demonstration of the desire of the Government to further improve the administrative services of the Public Administration and the Central African aviation sector, according to the Minister for Transport, in his speech during the ceremony, which was also attended by Narciso Edu Nsue, accredited Republic of Equatorial Guinea Extraordinary Plenipotentiary Ambassador in Bangui. This three storey building covers an area of 4,500 m� and has a conference hall, 54 offices and other facilities.
The cutting of the ceremonial ribbon by the President of the Republic, H. E. Faustin Archange Touadera, and a visit to the interior of the building, together with the signing of the visitors’ book by the President of Central African Republic, were some of the other highlights of the ceremony.
