Under the presidency of the Prime Minister, Charged with Administrative Coordination, Francisco Pascual Obama Asue, the members of the Government in Malabo met on Friday 7th June in an Interministerial Council meeting. The event took place in the meeting room at the Ministry for Finance.
The agenda contained eight points, including the any other business section.
Following a reading of the minutes from the previous meeting, the Secretary of State, Charged with the General Treasury, Milagrosa Obono Angue, justified the income corresponding to the months of April and May 2019. After that, Gabriel Mbega Obiang Lima, Minister for Mines and Hydrocarbons, read the Draft Project for Mines and its respective annexes.
The Minister for Foreign Affairs and Cooperation, Simeon Oyono Esono, presented the Draft Project Decree designating the national commission charged with the strategy on the acquisition, reception and distribution of study grants abroad.
During the meeting, the Minister for Culture, Tourism and Craft Promotion, Rufino Ndong Esono Nchama, reported on the Draft Project Decree creating the Tourist Visa in the Republic of Equatorial Guinea; an issue that was analysed by those present following the arguments of Ndong Esono. The progress of the report on the conclusion of the III National Economic Conference was another of the points that occupied time in the meeting, which was attended by the First Vice Prime Minister, Clemente Engonga Nguema Onguene.
