The entourage led by the Secretary of State, Charged with the Autonomous Fund for Debt Payment, from the Ministry for Finance, the Economy and Planning, Rafael Tung Nsue Bilogo, has been in Rabat from 15th July, to strengthen the ties of friendship and cooperation between the Republic of Equatorial Guinea and the Kingdom of Morocco, in economy and finance.
The aim of the delegation from the Ministry for Finance is to reflect on the reforms necessary for financial administration with a view to mobilising the resources necessary to finance the diversification of sources of production, through various interviews held with chiefs from the Moroccan Ministry for the Economy and Finance, including departments from the General Treasury of the Kingdom of Morocco and the Deposit and Consignment Office. Also planned is an interview with the authorities from the Rabat Court of Auditors.
After holding a meeting with chiefs from the Treasury on 15th July, the entourage continued to exchange experiences on 16th, this time with the department of National Accounting, in which they were received by the High Commissioner from the body, Ahmed Lahalimi Alami.
The session of interviews is set to end on 19th July, with chiefs from the Public Treasury.
