The Brazilian Government has reported to Equatorial Guinea of the entry into force of the cooperation agreement regarding education signed at the time between Brasilia and Malabo.
Our accredited Extraordinary Plenipotentiary Ambassador to Brazil, Wilfredo Obama Ela Mangue, was responsible for providing the Minister for Foreign Affairs and Cooperation, Agapito Mba Mokuy, with this agreement, at an audience held recently in Malabo.
“I have come to speak to Minister Agapito about the entry into force in Brazil of the educational cooperation agreement between Brazil and Equatorial Guinea”, reported the diplomat.
The ambassador also added that “through this agreement, Brazil will be able to provide grants to students from Equatorial Guinea on university graduate and post-graduate courses”.
