A delegation led by the President of FEGUIFUT, Andres Jorge Mbomio Nsem, and the General Secretary, Tadeo Nsue Onva, has, since 18th July, been at the Symposium organised by CAF and the Moroccan Football Federation, taking place on 18th and 19th.
The decisions from the symposium, where all those present -trainers, players, directors, etc.- are debating the future of African football, will be adopted at the CAF General Assembly, which is to take place on 21st July in Rabat.
Taking advantage of the stay on Moroccan soil, a meeting was held behind closed doors on the morning of 17th July between the President of the African Football Confederation (CAF) and the President of FEGUIFUT, to deal with the matter of the sanction against Nzalang Women, which is about to be dealt with by CAS (Court of Arbitration for Sport), suggesting an agreement of understanding between CAF and FEGUIFUT in order to minimise the costs of the process.
Within this context, FEGUIFUT, through its lawyers, presented an agreement proposal to CAF, to resolve the conflict between the two bodies as soon as possible.
