The Prime Minister of the Government, Charged with Administrative Coordination, Francisco Pascual Obama Asue, met the delegation of German parliamentarians who have been in Malabo on an official visit since Sunday 19th May.
The meeting between the Prime Minister and the German delegation took place at the headquarters of the Presidency of the Government, and focussed on matters from the economic sector, such as the promotion of private German investment in Equatorial Guinea.
Christoph Hoffmann, president of the Parliamentary Group of the Free Democratic Party and head of the delegation, pointed out that this courtesy visit comes within the framework of the good relations of cooperation that exist between the two countries.
For his part, Obama Asue certified that Equatorial Guinea is open and willing to continue to collaborate with Germany so that these relations become even stronger.
During the meeting, the Prime Minister of the Government was accompanied by the Second vice Prime Minister, A�ngel Mesie Mibuy, the Deputy Minister for Foreign Affairs, Bonifacio Mitogo Edjang, and advisers to the Presidency of the Government, A�ngel Ndong Micha and Pedro Ondo Ngua, in addition to the Equatorial Guinea Ambassador to the Federal Republic of Germany, Pantaleon Mayiboro.
