Meeting between Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs and Adviser to US Embassy

On Friday 5th January, the Secretary of State from the Ministry for Foreign Affairs and Cooperation, Domingo Mituy Edjang, met in his office at the ministerial headquarters the Adviser from the United States Embassy in Equatorial Guinea, Jarahn Hillsman, the French Ambassador, Fred Constant, and the Equatorial Guinea Honorary Consul in the Central African Republic, Antonio Nguema Bibang.

The United States Diplomat, Jarahn Hillsman, was the first to meet the Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs in 2018.

The appointment allowed dialogue on matters of bilateral interest between the two countries, with that aim being shared in the audience with the French ambassador, including the treatment of diplomatic issues between France and Equatorial Guinea.
