An important delegation from the Equatorial Guinea Ministry for Aviation, led by the minister Fausto Abeso Fuma, has visited Brussels to hold important meetings with European institutions.
Following the technical meeting, the minister, accompanied by the Ambassador in Brussels, Carmelo Nvono-Nca, an important political meeting with the Director for Aviation from the General Directorate for Mobility and Transport from the European Commission, Filip Cornelis.
The minister Abeso reported that Equatorial Guinea is ready to be subjected to European examination, and gave all the data regarding the positive evaluation issued by the International Civil Aviation Organisation (OACI).
The Ambassador, for his part, pointed out that our country is making huge steps forward and opening up to the world, a reason why we are waiting impatiently for the European Commission visit, in order to see the development of the country on all levels.
Relations between Equatorial Guinea and the EU are at their best moment, thanks to the work of our Government”, said the ambassador, who added that “Equatorial Guinea is prioritising the in its foreign relations, and for that reason the visit by experts will fit with the high level of existing relations”.
