The Minister for Culture, Tourism and Craft promotion, Rufino Ndong Esono, received on the morning of 8th May the author and economist Ascar Nchaso Bekari, who has just self-published his book called “Dreams”. The author gave the minister a dedicated copy of the work.
Ndong Esono received the author, whose literary career is taking off, in order to support his work, while hearing the concerns and difficulties of young writers, whose cultural contribution is of vital importance for the department; more so now that there are several projects for national libraries on the point of completion, and they need to gather the full range of concerns contained in the works of this and other national authors.
Along these lines, the minister promised to provide all the support possible to this author, and extend this support to all those authors who are involved in positive initiatives that inspire young people.
